THE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
The Westminster Reserve Homeowner’s Association includes lawn maintenance, property insurance, roof repair, roof replacement, and snow removal.
Planned exterior features are still being worked through and are not yet finalized. Current plans include landscaping, trees planted along the street, a common area for dogs, and an outdoor seating area for homeowners.
