Aspen Homes is owned and operated by Tony Libra and Steve Gilliland. With more than 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry, their goal is to guide you through the home building process and put your family into the home of your dreams.
Aspen Homes building projects include 13 additional communities in the Kansas City Metro Area, with most located in areas north of the river. Noteworthy communities include Staley Hills, Thousand Oaks, and most recently before Westminster Reserve, Homestead Villas, Hook Farms, and Cadence.
TONY LIBRA
Tony has worked closely with suppliers, homebuilders, land planners and residential developers for more than two decades. Tony’s passion for home building started as a child and continues today, and he is committed to building your family’s dream home.
A Kansas City native, Tony has degrees from Southwest Missouri State University and The Colorado Institute of Art.
STEVE GILLILAND
Steve has over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His resume includes serving the City of Kansas City, Missouri as Construction Manager, as well as being the General Manager for the Shoal Creek Valley project in Liberty.
A Southern California native, Steve graduated from California State University – Fullerton. Before beginning his career in construction, he was an Air Force Crew Chief in the prestigious Thunderbirds air demonstration team.

GREGORY BAIR
Gregory Bair is a real estate equity and debt placement veteran with a substantive focus on acquisition, repositioning and development. A second-generation builder & developer, Bair and his family have completed dozens of commercial and residential projects totaling 1000+ residential units and 600,000 square feet of commercial space. Bair also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of US Insourcing, an advisory firm that has served more than 2000 clients in 160 countries, including some of the world’s most renowned firms and a global clientele of governments.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from Washburn University. He is married with 3 children.
TIM ROTH
Tim Roth has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate Development and has established new residential construction projects throughout the Kansas City, Missouri area. From building upscale row homes to managing and renovating multi-family and single-family rental units, his impressive property management history is a strong asset.
Tim holds an AG Economics degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He enjoys the urban-friendly feel of Brookside and Midtown and spends his spare time making memories there with his 4 children.
