The People Behind Our Renovations
 | Before founding The Rost Group in 2004, Miles Rost was gathering a different kind of experience in real estate. He was buying and flipping homes—gaining knowledge that would one day help place him in the top 1% of residential agents in the Kansas City area.
Today, with well over a decade of Agent experience, and a background in remodeling and investment properties, he has knowledge and negotiating skills that are invaluable during the real estate process.  | Amy Stafford joined our team in 2019 as our Project and Design Manager. While her background is in Elementary Education, her current passion is the challenge she accepts each time she starts on a new renovation project. She finds the before and after comparison of each house extremely rewarding; something she first discovered while working on her own home.
Over the years, and throughout many different residences, Amy has discovered and honed a real talent for decorating and remodeling homes. As a member of The Rost Group, she has done amazing work on each house she completes; transforming a property in need of updates into a fresh, modern home that sells quickly every time.
